Packets can make up to 3 baths. Before starting, ensure you've set your intentions and visualized your desired outcome. Boil your ingredients in a quart of water for 10 minutes, then let it cool. Strain and divide the liquid into three baths using empty containers. You can take these baths consecutively for three days or all at once. After showering, pour the mixture over your body from the neck down and let it air dry into your skin. Always conduct a patch test first to prevent any adverse reactions.
